Works on Spectrum-X international mission are in progress. The flight models of the scientific instruments are all well advanced and can all be made ready for a launch in 2003.    

Flight Models of Spectrum-XG experiments

Control system units of Spacecraft Engineering Model were delivered to Lavochkin Associati on Jan. 23 2002. The assembling of Engineering model of Spacecraft Control System and the preliminary testing of the system will be performed in February. The stand-alone tests of Spacecraft Control System is being planned for April 2002. Febr., 2002.
