Our journal got the MAIK/NAUKA award
for the best publication in 2004 !!!

MAIK/NAUKA commended by this award the series of papers by I.N.Toptygin, A.Z.Dolginov, and N.I.Podol'skaya "Generation of a Large-Scale Magnetic Field by Energetic Charged Particles in Astrophysical Sources" (Astronomy Letters, 2004, v.30, pp.169-178 and pp. 393-403; 2003, v. 29, pp.374-382).

Annual competitions for the best publication are held by MAIK/NAUKA since 1995 and involve more than 100 scientific journals. There are 50 Awards in different fields (each amounting 1000 USD) and 4 Grand Awards (amounting 12500 USD).
