Observations of GRB afterglows with
Russian-Turkish 1.5-m Telescope (RTT150)

The error box of GRB 051028 (Hurley et al., 4172) was observed with
Russian-Turkish 1.5-m telescope (RTT150, Bakyrlytepe, TUBITAK National
Observatory, Turkey) in R, on Oct. 28, 16:18 UT (2.7 hours after the burst).
We made 10x30s exposures of the field, which includes X-ray afterglow, found
later with XRT (Page et al., GCN 4205). We confirm the presence of the
optical transient found by Jelinek et al. (GCN 4175) and Sahu et al. (GCN
4278) and estimate its magnitude as R=20.8+-0.15.
