l = ^o TZ = Summer time corr:	Localization options (may be changed)
	System local data & time
	Current local star time
	Universal data & time (UT)
	Current Julian day number

Notes. l is the geographical longitude of observation place, TZ - its time zone (defaults for Moscow). Correction for summer time works only during the summer time period: from March last Sunday to October last Sunday. After localization options changing Netscape Navigator need the left mouse key click or press keyboards "Enter".
